Attach a suitable lifting device to both ends of boom cylinder (7). The weight of boom cylinder (7) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Position boom cylinder (7) and place the rod end of boom cylinder (7) onto Tooling (A).

Install pin (11) for boom cylinder (7).

Install bracket (8), clip (10), and bolts (9) to the head end of boom cylinder (7). Repeat for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the rod end of boom cylinder (7). The weight of the rod end of boom cylinder (7) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Raise the rod end of boom cylinder (7). Install pin assembly (6) and bolt (5).
