Position one final drive so that the plugs form a verticle line. Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "General Hazard Information" for information on Containing Fluid Spillage.
Remove the oil level plug (1).
Check the oil level. The oil level should be near the bottom of the opening for the oil level plug (1).
If necessary, add oil through the opening for the oil filling plug (3). Note: Do not overfill the final drive compartment.
Clean the oil level plug. Reinstall the plug. Apply pipe sealant on the threads in order to prevent leakage.
Repeat the procedure for the other final drive.
