Remove Industrial Engine Oil Cooler
1. Drain the engine cooling system-capacity 12 U.S. Gal. (45 liters). 2. Remove drain plug (3) and drain the oil from the oil cooler.3. Remove three elbow retaining bolts (1) and remove oil cooler water outlet elbow (2). 4. Remove bolt and clamp (4). Remove the oil cooler oil outlet line (8).5. Disconnect the oil cooler oil inlet elbow (5).6. Remove eight oil cooler-to-flywheel housing mounting bolts (6).7. Remove bracket mounting bolt (7).8. Remove the oil cooler assembly-weight 45 lb. (20,4 kg).Install Industrial Engine Oil Cooler
1. Position the oil cooler on the engine.2. Install the oil cooler-to-flywheel housing mounting bolts.3. Install the bracket mounting bolt.4. Connect the oil cooler oil inlet elbow.5. Install the oil cooler oil outlet line. Install the oil line clamp and bolt.6. Install oil cooler water outlet elbow and retaining bolts.7. Install the oil cooler drain plug and fill the cooling system. Start the engine and check the oil level.
