THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
Drain the air tanks. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Air Tank Moisture and Sediment - Drain" for the correct procedure.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch" for the correct procedure.

Remove screws (1).
Remove screws (2).
Remove handle (3).
Remove screws (4). Remove knobs (5). Remove plate (6) and cover (6A).

Remove screws (7). Remove cover (10).
Lift cover (8). Disconnect harness assembly (9).

Disconnect hose assemblies (11).
Loosen nut (12) and remove valve (13).
