Rework Procedure
Remove the knob from the Operator Monitor Group. See Illustration # 1
Remove five screws from front RH console panel located on the RH console.
Lift up panel and remove the monitor group by disconnecting the wiring harness and depressing the tabs on the monitor group. See Illustration # 2.
Remove three screws and the cover from the RH console. See Illustration # 3.
Remove the screw (marked "C") from the seat support bracket. See Illustration # 3.
Install 1195025 Screw into the hole from which the screw was removed in Step 5.
Install new 1976213 Monitor Group into the RH console panel from which the former monitor group was removed. Connect the existing wiring harness and 1976215 Harness Assembly to the new monitor group. Insure the GREEN connector goes into the GREEN plug and the BLACK connector goes into the BLACK plug.
Install RH console panel, with new monitor group, onto the RH console, using the screws removed in Step 2.
Install 1976216 Heat Sink onto 1195025 Screw, using 5C2890 Nut and 9X8256 Washer. See Illustrations # 4 and # 5.
Secure the wiring harness to adjacent components using 0960061 Cable Straps.
Install cover to RH console using screws removed in Step 4.
Install knob removed in Step 1.
Refer to Service Manual in order to perform the electronic calibration of the speed dial potentiometer of the new monitor panel.
