Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install relief valve (28). Tighten relief valve (28) to a torque of 33 4 N m (24 3 lb ft).
Install check valve (30), spring (31) and plug (29). Tighten plug (29) to a torque of 25 3 N m (18 2 lb ft).

Install washers (24), spring (25), and bolt (26) onto spool (23). Tighten bolt (26) to a torque of 9.5 1.5 N m (84 13 lb in).
Install spool (23), washer (22), and spring (21) .
Install the O-ring seals, plug (20), and cap (27). Tighten plug (20) to a torque of 65 7 N m (48 5 lb ft). Tighten cap (27) to a torque of 122 12 N m (90 9 lb ft).

Install spool (16), washer (15), spring (14), washer (17), and spring (18) .
Install the O-ring seals, plug (13), and plug (19). Tighten plugs (13) and (19) to a torque of 65 7 N m (48 5 lb ft).

Install the O-ring seals, plug (6), and plug (12). Tighten plugs (6) and (12) to a torque of 65 7 N m (48 5 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (5) onto cartridge assembly (4) .

Install cartridge assembly (4) onto control valve (1). Tighten cartridge assembly (4) to a torque of 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft).

Install coil assembly (3) onto control valve (1). Install nut (2). Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 13 1.5 N m (115 13 lb in).
Repeat Step 11 through Step 13 for the remaining cartridge assemblies and coil assemblies.End By: Install the control valve (standard flow).
