Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Caterpillar parts for replacement.

Install key (3) and washer (2) to roller shaft (4) .

Use Tool (A) and a hydraulic press to install the bearing to roller (1) . Install the bearing until the bearing is seated in the roller.End By: Install the carrier roller. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Carrier Roller (Ejector) - Install". The information is in this manual.
