1 2 096-4883 Locknut Torque to 30 7 N m (266 62 lb in).
2 1 5D-1026 Band Clamp Assemble bolt clamp head to upper side in order to eliminate potential interference between clamp head and valve.
Torque to 4.5 0.5 N m (39.8 4.4 lb in).
3 12 461-3882 Bolt Before assembly, remove compound, oil and dust from female threads, then apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize compound to threads.
Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten bolts to 250 25 N m (184 18 lb ft).
2. Turn to an additional angle of 45 5 degrees.
4 - - Before assembly the surfaces must be clean and free of protective coating.
5 1 096-4755 Pin Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize compound to the pin.
6 - - Prior to assemble into the upper frame, coat the mating surfaces with 8C-8422 Sealant.
