Remove fan assembly (120-4709 or 193-1028) accordingto M312 D&A Engine Supplement SENR8943 and M315 D&A Engine SupplementSENR8923.
***FOR MACHINES WITH 193-1028 Fan AS INSTALLED:***
Inspect the 193-1028 fan AS for cracks aroundmounting bolts as indicated in Figure 1. If cracks are present, replacethe fan with a new 193-1028 fan AS.
Remove steel pulley 130-3880 according to M312D&A Engine Supplement SENR8943 and M315 D&A Engine Supplement SENR8923.
Remove fan drive housing 132-8239 according toM312 D&A Engine Supplement SENR8943 and M315 D&A Engine SupplementSENR8923.
Install new 132-8239 fan drive housing and new163-4602 aluminum pulley.
Reinstall fan, using parts indicated in Figure2.
