All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to coat all bores for the lift and tilt cylinder and bucket pin bores. After you assemble the bushings coat all the bores and the bushings with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.
1 8 7K-9212 Lip Type Seal Before assembly, lubricate lightly with lubricant that is being sealed.
2 As required, use the following shims to center the lift arm in the frame. Maximum distance between the lift arm and the frame is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch):
4 159-0268 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
8 159-0269 Shim Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
