Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
To remove the Aftercooler refer to RENR5137.
Prior to installing the new Aftercooler affix the 274-5640 Strip Foam (top)(1), and 287-8088 Strip Foam (bottom) (2). See Image 1.2.1, for foam strip positions.

Install the new aftercooler refering to RENR5137.
Sealing at the front of the aftercooler is required, for installation refer to Service Magazine SEPD0931: New Plates and Seals Have Been Introduced for the ATAAC on Articulated Trucks.
Group Number 2
To remove the aftercooler refer to RENR5137.
Prior to installing the new aftercooler affix the 274-5640 Strip Foam (top) (1), and 287-8088 Strip Foam (bottom) (2). See Image 2.2.1, for strip foam positions.
