Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3100" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The bolts that attach the torque converter to the converter housing may not have been tightened to the proper torque on certain 777D, 785B, and 789B. The tightness of these bolts needs to be checked.

Check the torque of the-10 bolts that hold the torque converter to converter housing. The bolts are in a circle around the torque converter output shaft just behind the yoke.
