Install bearing cup (14). Install lip seal (13) and retaining ring (15) .

Install ring (11). Install bearing cone (10) and seal (9) .
Reposition felling head to install output shaft (6) .

Raise temperature of bearing cone (7), Install bearing cone (7) .

Use Tooling (A) in order to install nut (5).
Reposition head onto suitable cribbing.

Typical example.
Install Tooling (B). Mark plate in order to reposition alignment for the dial indicator check.

Use a suitable jack to raise the disc. Read Tooling (B) to note end play. Release jack and spin disc three revaluations until marks line up on the disc and plate. Dial indicator should be back at zero. Tighten nut (5) using Tooling (A) to achieve an end play of 0.229 0.254 mm (0.009 0.010 inch).

Install mount (4) and bolts (2). Install hose assembly (1) and adaptor (3) .End By:
Install piston motor.
Install bar (rotor).
