A     1U-9200     Lever Puller Hoist     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Perform assembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Install new O-ring seal (15) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to winch pump (14). Position winch pump (14). The weight of winch pump (14) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Install bolts (13) .

Connect hose assemblies (11). Connect harness assemblies (12) .

Connect hose (9). Connect hose assemblies (8). Connect bracket (7) .

Connect hoses (6). Tighten hose clamps (5) .

Install plate (4). Install bolts (3) .

Install floor mat (2). Install support assemblies (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System oil level - Check".End By: Install the bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove and Install".
