Disconnect reverse balance line (9) at the front pump. The hose is visible. Follow the hose to the fitting on the pump. Cap the fitting on the port and plug the fitting on the hose with Tools (H) and (J) .

Disconnect forward balance line (10) from the rear flow divider. Cap the fitting and plug the hose with Tools (H) and (J) .

Start the engine. Move throttle switch (11) to the HIGH IDLE position. Engine speed should be 2225 75 rpm.

Operate the engine at high idle. Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on oil temperature gauge (12). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43° 5.6°C (110° 10°F).
Stop the engine.

Disconnect EDC connector (13) .

Connect one 0 to 580 psi gauge (Tool (E) ) to the fitting in port "M4" (7) and connect the other 0 to 580 psi gauge (Tool (E) ) to the fitting in port "M5" (8) .
Start the engine. Operate the engine at high idle.
Read the pressure on the gauges. If the pressure is less than 965 kPa (140 psi), stop the engine and remove the gauges. Replace these
