5 - - Use as required, apply Sika 221 adhesive to fill the gap between the door wiper motor shaft and the door window to prevent water leak.
6 2 5C-7261 Nut Tighten to 23 1 N m (204 9 lb in).
Wait for minimum of 0.5 hours .
Again, tighten to 23 1 N m (204 9 lb in).
Note: Ensure that the minimum field torque for the wiper arm nut is 12 N m (106 lb in).

9 1 - Use the following torque in order to tighten the nuts of the window wiper motor group:
Tighten the motor assembly to 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).
Tighten the 5C-7261 Nut to 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in).
Wait for minimum of 0.5 hours to maximum of 4 hours.
Again, tighten the 5C-7261 Nut to 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in).
Note: Ensure that the minimum field torque for the wiper arm nut is 12 N m (106 lb in).
10 1 - Use the following torque in order to tighten the nuts of the window wiper motor group:
Tighten the motor assembly to 6.5 0.5 N m (57.5 4.4 lb in).
Tighten the 5C-7261 Nut to 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in).
Wait for minimum of 0.5 hours to maximum of 4 hours.
Again, tighten the 5C-7261 Nut to 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in).
Note: Ensure that the minimum field torque for the wiper arm nut is 12 N m (106 lb in). 330-5019 Window Wiper Motor Gp and 443-0660 Window Wiper Motor Gp
