Remove spacer (23) from the lower section of the front loader frame.
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Use suitable lifting device on rear loader frame as shown to help stabilize the rear loader frame while it is being moved. Be sure that Tooling (A) is moved with the rear loader frame.

Use two people to support Tooling (H) when upper sleeve bearing (24) is removed. Use Tooling (H) to remove upper sleeve bearing (24) from the upper portion of the rear loader frame, as shown in Illustration 21. Remove upper bearing sleeve (25).
Use two people to support Tooling (H) when lower bearing sleeve (25) is removed. Use Tooling (H) to remove lower bearing sleeve (25) from the upper portion of the rear loader frame, as shown in Illustration 22. Remove lower bearing sleeve (25).

Mark the radial position of the upper cap and of the lower cap for installation purposes. Remove bolts (26), the washers, upper cap (27), and lower cap (28) from the upper hitch assembly.

Remove shims (29) from the upper cap.

Remove lip seals (30) from the upper caps and the lower cap.

Use two people to support Tooling (J). The weight of Tooling (J) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb). Use Tooling (J) to remove bearing cups (31) and bearing cones (32) from the upper hitch. Remove bearing cups (31) and bearing cones (32).

Mark the radial position of the upper cap and the lower cap for installation purposes. Remove bolts (34), the washers, upper cap (35), and lower cap (36) from the lower hitch assembly.
Remove the shims from the upper cap (35).

Use two people to support Tooling (K). The weight of Tooling (K) is approximately 36 kg (79 lb). Use Tooling (K) to remove bearing cups (38) and bearing cones (39) from the lower hitch. Remove bearing cups (38) and bearing cones (39).
