Purge Cycle Interval Set the time interval between purges 20 minutes 5 - 120 minutes
Purge Cycle Duration Set the duration for an individual purge 15 seconds 5 - 30 seconds
Fan Blade Cooling Position Set the normal direction of the air flow PUSH PUSH or PULL The parameter for the variable pitch fan controls the operation of the entire Flexxaire Fan. Select “Enable” or “Disable ”. When “Disable” is selected, the blades will not go into pitch. The blades will remain in NEUTRAL.The parameter for the manual purge switch controls the operation of the manual purge switch that is located on the dash. Select “Enable” or “Disable ”. When “Disable” is selected, the button will not start a purge cycle. The parameter to suspend purges, controls the automatic purge function. If the parameter is enabled, purges will not occur when the machine is in a forward gear. Purge suspend is useful when the tractor is working with wooden chips or the machine is used in landfill applications. If the fan goes through a purge cycle in a forward gear, debris that falls over the top of the blade may be drawn into the front of the radiator. Purge suspend delays the automatic purge until the tractor is in REVERSE in order to avoid plugging the radiator. “Enable” allows purges only when the machine is in REVERSE. “Disable” allows purges in FORWARD or REVERSE.The parameter for the fan speed solenoid controls the operation of the standard demand fan. Select “OFF” for operation of the Flexxaire Fan.The parameter for the purge cycle interval controls the time between purges. A shorter time between purges causes more wear on the components. Set the time at the maximum amount of time that will keep the radiator clean. The parameter for the purge cycle duration controls the length of the purge. Set the time to allow the radiator and the engine enclosures to be cleaned of
