Remove three bolts (6).6. Remove four bolts (1).7. Remove the oil cooler and filter base. Weight of the unit is 40 lb. (18.14 kg).Install Engine Oil Cooler And Filter Base (D330C, D333C Marine Engines)
1. Install the oil cooler and filter base.2. Install four bolts that hold oil cooler to bonnet.3. Install the three bolts that hold oil cooler to cylinder block.4. Connect the turbocharger water supply line.5. Put a new element in the oil filter case. Install the oil filter case and element.6. Install the oil cooler oil supply line and oil return line.7. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
