Cylinder should be filled with hydraulic fluid. Keep heat build-up from welding to a minimum. Welds on cylinder should be parallel to cylinder centerline. Do not attach welder ground lead to the cylinder rod.4. Use Illustration 3 and the chart to assemble the new tube mounting.
