Position plate (G) and contact tools (F) onto the studs.
Install blocks (H) and half nuts (E) .Note: Make sure that blocks (H) are oriented correctly.
Position cylinder (J) .

Install remaining plate (G) and nuts (C) .Note: It is critical that the cylinder is installed correctly. Make sure that the cylinder is centered with the Tool.
Once cylinder (J) is correctly positioned, fully tighten nuts (C) .
Remove bolts (1) over track link (3) .Note: Only remove the bolts on the track link that is being removed.Note: Failure to remove the bolts could result in serious injury or damage.

To prevent possible damage to your hearing, always wear ear protection when using this tool and/or working around noise generating tools.To avoid eye injury, always wear protective glasses or face shield. Make sure no one can be injured by flying objects or debris when using tools or working on a component.
To prevent personal injury or even death from ejected parts or flying objects never remove the upper rigid guard or the lower flexible guard during operation of the portable track press. Never remove either guard when the tool is under pressure.
Note: The force on the hydraulic cylinder should not exceed 75 tons.
Install guard assembly (K). Use cylinder (J) in order to remove track link (3) .

Remove all of the Tooling except for top plate (A) and track bolts (1) .
Install studs (B). Install plate (G) with contact tools (F). Install nuts (C) .

Install plate (D) and spacer (L) .

Install top plate (A) and track bolts (1). Position spacer (L). Install blocks (H), plate (G), and nuts (C) .
