Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (15). The weight of radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (15) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb). Install radiator and hydraulic oil cooler assembly (15) and bolts (16) .

Install bracket (14) to the front side of the radiator assembly.

Position tube assembly (13) and install clips (12) .

Install bracket (11) and tube (10) .

Install brackets (7) and (8). Install bracket (9) .

Install tube (6) .

Install clip (5) and connect hoses (4) .

Install clip (3) to the fan shroud.

Connect hose (2) to the bottom of the radiator assembly.

Install plate (1) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Fill the hydraulic oil system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".End By:
Install the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Install".
Install the reversible fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Reversible Fan - Install ".
