The external flushing valve is located between the propel pump and the battery on the machine frame.1. Disconnect three hoses (3) from flushing valve (2). Cap and plug immediately.2. Remove two bolts (1), and remove flushing valve (2) from the machine. For installation of the flushing valve, reverse the removal steps.Disassemble & Assemble Flushing Valve (External)
Start By:a. remove flushing valve (external) 1. Remove nut (2), plug (1), spring (4) and poppet (5) from valve body (6). Remove O-ring seal (3) from plug (1). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.2. Remove plug (17), spring (14), guide (12) and spool (10) from the valve body. Remove O-ring seal (16) from plug (17). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.3. Remove plug (9), spring (13) and guide (15) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seal (11) from plug (9). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.4. Remove plug (7). Remove O-ring seal (8) from plug (7). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.5. Remove plug (19). Remove O-ring seal (18) from plug (19). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.6. Remove plug (21). Remove O-ring seal (20) from plug (21). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary. For assembly of the external flushing valve, reverse the disassembly steps.End By:a. install flushing valve (external)
