1. Remove bolts (2) that hold oil pan to the front cover.2. Loosen the remainder of the bolts that hold oil pan in place.3. Install spacers between oil pan and cylinder block.4. Remove the bolts (1) that hold front cover in place. Remove the front cover (3).5. Remove the gasket between front cover and cylinder block.Install Front Cover
1. Put the new gasket in position on cylinder block. Cut the gasket so it will be even with the oil pan face of cylinder block.2. Put the front cover in position on engine, and install the bolts that hold cover in position. 3. Remove the spacers (1).4. Install and tighten the bolts that hold the oil pan to the front cover and cylinder block.end by: a) install engine front supportb) install vibration damper and crankshaft hub
