Dear Caterpillar Product Owner:
The Rotator 211-7399 or 246-0458 on your GSH22 Orange Peel Grapple needs to be replaced with either Rotator Modification GP 289-0358 (4 shell configuration) or Rotator Modification GP 289-0359 (5 shell configuration). The existing Rotator 211-7399 or 246-0458 can fail at low operating hours.
You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 11May2007 when scheduling this service.
