Lubricate the Fitting
The fitting is located in the cab.Rotate the upper structure 720° (two full rotations). Stop at each 90° (1/4 turn) and lubricate the bearing through the grease fitting. Lubricate until grease can be seen flowing from behind the bearing seal. Lubricate Every 10 Service Hours or Daily when operating in water or abrasive material.Backhoe Bucket, Stick and Boom
Lubricate the Fittings
Lubricate four fittings at the head end of the boom cylinders. Lubricate the right lower boom bearing through one fitting on the boom. Lubricate the left boom bearing, two boom cylinder rod end bearings and stick cylinder head end bearing at the block on top of the boom. Total of four fittings. Lubricate the bucket cylinder head end, the stick cylinder rod end and the boom to stick bearings through four fittings at the block on the stick. Lubricate the bucket and linkage bearings through four fittings on the stick.Lubricate one fitting on the bucket cylinder rod end. Lubricate four fittings on the power link. Lubricate Every 10 Service Hours or Daily when operating in water or abrasive material.Air Conditioner
Clean Filter
The air conditioner filter is located behind the operator's seat.1. Remove the filter retainer. 2. Remove the filter.3. Wash the filter in clean warm water. Allow it to dry.4. Install the filter and retainer.Keep rags, trash and other articles away from the air filter inlet. They will restrict air flow, decreasing cooling efficiency.
