Lubricate the Fitting
Fitting located in the cab. Rotate the upper structure 720° (two full rotations). Stop at each 90° (1/4 turn) and lubricate the bearing through the grease fitting. Lubricate the Fittings
Lubricate four fittings at the head end of the boom cylinders. Lubricate the right lower boom (foot) bearing through one fitting on the boom.
To insure proper lubrication of the boom foot pins, grease should be applied first with the boom raised and any attachment suspended, then with the boom lowered and the attachment resting on the ground with a slight down pressure. If the boom foot pins are not properly greased, the service life of these pins is proven to be dramatically reduced.
Lubricate the left boom (foot) bearing, two boom cylinder rod end bearings and stick cylinder head end bearing at the block on top of the boom. Total of four fittings. Lubricate the stick to boom bearings through two fittings on the stick. Lubricate one fitting at the rod end of the stick cylinder. Lubricate two fittings on the bucket cylinder. Lubricate two idler link bearings and two bucket bearings through four fittings located on the stick. Lubricate four fittings on the power link. Lubricate Every 10 Service Hours or Daily when operating in water or abrasive material.
