1. Lift one side of the machine and install tooling (A) on machine frame.2. Loosen tracks. See the topic, Separation Of Tracks, in this book. 3. Fasten a hoist to tool (B) and position tool (B) on the track roller. Remove bolts (2) and track roller (1). Weight of track roller is 45 kg (100 lb.). The following steps are for the installation of the track rollers.4. Using a hoist to tool (B), install track roller (1) on the roller frame. Install the bolts and tighten to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb.ft.).5. Lift machine and remove tooling (A).6. Tighten tracks. See the Maintenance Manual.Disassemble And Assemble Track Rollers
Start By:a. remove track roller 1. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the track roller. Remove two pins (1) from collars (2) and shaft (3). Remove collars (2). 2. Remove Duo-Cone seal (4) from roller (5) and collar (2). Remove the Duo-Cone seal from the other end of the roller.3. Remove shaft (3). Remove two O-ring seals (5). Roller bushing assemblies (7) are not serviced separately. If rim assembly (6) or bushings (7) are worn, the roller assembly must be replaced. The following steps are for the assembly of the track roller.

4. Install Duo-Cone seal (4) in the roller assembly with tool (A).5. Install Duo-Cone seal (4) in collar (2) with tool (A).6. Install two O-ring seals (5).7. Lubricate the shaft, O-ring seals and the bushing bores with clean oil. Install shaft (3).8. Install collars (2) and two pins (1).9. Put 400 ml (.85 pt.) SAE 30W oil in the roller.
