BUCKET AS-PENETRATION 6W4600 - Caterpillar

1. Turn the battery disconnect switch off. The foot brake control assembly is removed with the cab.2. Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (2), (4), (5) and (6) from service brake control valve (3). 3. Remove four bolts (7) and washers that hold service brake control assembly (10) to the cab. Move the service brake control assembly into the cab until it rests against throttle control pedal (8) and foot support (9). 4. Disconnect six hose assemblies (11) from the rear of the cab. 5. Remove six bolts (12), nuts and washers that hold fender (15) to the cab. Remove the fender. The weight of the fender is 29 kg (64 lb).6. Remove the six bolts (14) and washers that hold cover (13) to the rear frame. Remove the cover. 7. Disconnect hose assembly (16) from washer nozzle (18). Remove cable ties (17) from hose assembly (16). Move the hose assembly aside. 8. Remove three bolts (20) and washers that hold cover (19) to the cab. 9. Disconnect hose assembly (23) from washer nozzle (24) on cover (19). The refrigerant has to be evacuated from the air conditioning system.10. Disconnect air conditioning hoses (21) and (22) from the cab. 11. Loosen allen head bolts (26) and (28) from electrical connectors (25) and (27). Disconnect electrical connectors (25) and (27) from the cab. Remove cable tie (29). 12. Disconnect fire suppression hose assembly (30).13. Disconnect cable (31) from terminal (32).14. Remove bolt (34) and washer to disconnect earth cable (33). 15. Disconnect hose assembly (35) from washer nozzle (36). Remove cable ties (37) from hose assembly (35). Move the hose assembly aside. 16. Disconnect two hose assemblies (38) from bulkhead (39).17. Disconnect two hose assemblies (40) from steering secondary lockout valve (41).18. Mark for assembly purposes mount (42). Remove two bolts (43) and washers from mount (42). Move the steering secondary lockout valve aside. 19. Remove rubber bungs from cab lifting points (44), (45) and (46). Fasten tooling (A) to each cab lifting point. Attach a hoist, tooling
