Introduction
This instruction provides the necessary information to replace a 9R2091 Washer Bottle Assembly with a 9R9844 Washer Bottle Assembly. Installation of the new 9R9844 Washer Bottle Assembly will require some rework of the battery box divider plate where the washer bottle is attached.Rework Procedure
1. Locate the two existing washer bottle mounting holes (A) and (B) in the 9R6626 Center Plate.2. Locate hole (C) according to the dimensions shown in the illustration.3. Drill hole (C) to a diameter of 11 mm (.43 in).4. Install 9R9844 Washer Bottle Assembly using 8T4200 Bolts, 6V9189 Locknuts and 8T4224 Washers. The mounting slots on the 9R9844 Washer Bottle Assembly may have to be milled out slightly to accommodate usage of the 8T4200 Bolts, 6V9189 Locknuts and 8T4224 Washers.
