Information:
Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install the water temperature regulator housing (2) and the adapter with a new gasket.
Install tube (3) and tube (4).
The outside surfaces of the tubes must be clean at the mounting locations for the couplings.

Install the flange (7) on each of the tubes. Ensure that the flange will seat properly against the ring (8).
Install the ring (8) on each tube.
Align the tubes as close as possible. Position the sleeve (6) evenly on the two tubes. Install the sleeve (6).
Install the clamp (5) over the flange (7) and the sleeve. Tighten the bolts evenly.
Install the coupling (1).
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the proper level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for additional information.
