Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
1. Remove the existing fuel priming lines and support bracket. Refer to Image1.1.1.
These parts will not be reused.

2. Install the bolt and washer that mounts the HP fuel pump to the front housing.
Refer to Image1.2.1. Tighten the bolt to 240 N.m.

3. Install the new fuel lines and bracket as shown in Image1.3.1 and Image1.3.2.
Tighten the bolts that mount the bracket to the pump to 100Nm (74 ft-lbs).
Tighten the bolts that mount the fuel lines clips to the bracket to 55Nm (37ft-lbs).

1. Remove the existing fuel priming lines and support bracket. Refer to Image2.1.1.
These parts will not be reused.

2. Install the bolt and washer that mounts the HP fuel pump to the front housing.
Refer to Image2.2.1. Tighten the bolt to 240 N.m.
