Using a suitable lifting device, attach turbocharger (1) onto the 326-7928 Support with two bolts (11) and two washers (12). The turbocharger weighs approximately 87 kg (192 lb).Torque the bolts ... 215 N m (159 lb ft)
Install one O-ring (5) into adapter (10) .
Install adapter (10) and one O-ring (3) into turbocharger (1) .

Slide bellows assembly (13) and two seals (14) in between the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger turbine housing.Note: Ensure the bellows assembly is installed with the correct direction of exhaust flow.
Attach bellows assembly (13) to the exhaust manifold with four bolts (15), eight washers (16), and four nuts (17) .
Attach bellows assembly (13) to the turbocharger turbine housing with four bolts (22) and four nuts (23) .
Attach the 335-3398 Bellows As to the turbocharger compressor housing with one gasket (18), four bolts (19), eight washers (20), and four nuts (21) .

Attach hose and tube assembly (24) to adapter (10) and the 6V-9810 Union .

Attach elbow (25) to connector (4) .
Attach the 90 degree end of hose and tube assembly (26) and one O-ring (5) to elbow (25) .
Attach the straight end of hose and tube assembly (26) to the 457-7922 Water Tube As .

Attach the 332-3758 Elbow and one O-ring (27) to the turbocharger.
Reinstall the heat shielding with the original hardware.The following optional exhaust shields can be installed if the customer wants the engine to stay current with the production configuration:
