Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove". Note: See Special Publication, SEBD0518, "Know Your Cooling System" for the complete procedure for cleaning the radiator core.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto top tank (1). The weight of top tank (1) is approximately 120 kg (265 lb).

Remove bolts (2), strips (3), and baffles (4). Repeat this step for the remaining strips and baffles.

Remove bolts (5) and remove guards (6). Repeat this step for the remaining guards.

Remove bolts (7) and bolts (8). Repeat this step for the opposite end of the top tank.

Remove top tank (1).

Remove rubber seals (9).

Remove strap (10). Remove channel (11).

Remove strap (12). Repeat this step for the remaining straps.

Remove radiator cores (14).

Remove rubber seals (15).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto support assembly (16). Remove bolts (17). Remove support assembly (16) from bottom tank (18). The weight of support assembly (16) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb). Repeat this step for the remaining support assembly.
The weight of bottom tank (18) is approximately 92 kg (203 lb).
