Install filter (11) and plug (10) into pump housing (2).

Use Tooling (C) and a suitable press in order to install seal (7) into pump housing (2) as shown.

Use a suitable press in order to install shaft (6) into bearing assembly (8).

Install shaft assembly (6) into pump housing (2).

Install retainer (5) and bolts (4).

Raise the temperature of gear (3). Use a suitable press in order to press shaft assembly (6) into gear (3) until gear (3) is flush with bearing (8).

Use Tooling (D) and a suitable press in order to install seal assembly (9) into pump housing. Note: Tooling (D) must be used to ensure proper seal assembly (9) installation.

Raise the temperature of impeller (1). Use a suitable press in order to install impeller (1) until impeller (1) is flush with shaft (6). End By:
