ACTION REQUIRED
If the 207-1810 Check Valve fails, replace the failed valve with a new 9T-1013 Check Valve, 178-5883 Fitting and 206-2733 Hose Guard (91cm long). The 178-5883 Fitting requires 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal in order to make up the entire assembly. Also, the clip assembly that holds the 299-6993 Hose Assembly in place should be removed. This clip assembly consists of the following components:
1 221-0130 Bracket Assembly
1 5P-7465 Clip
1 5P-7464 Clip
1 6V-1249 Grommet
2 8T-4139 Bolt
2 8T-4223 Hard Washer
Refer to the attached Rework Procedure.

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Remove the 207-1810 Check Valve Group and the 148-8364 Elbow Assembly.
2. Remove and discard the hose clip assembly that is restraining the 299-6993 Hose Assembly.

3. Install a new 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal on the 178-5883 Fitting.
4. Replace the 148-8364 Elbow Assembly with the 178-5883 Fitting.
5. Replace the 207-1810 Check Valve Group with the 9T-1013 Check Valve Assembly.
6. Install the 206-2733 Hose Guard to the 299-6993 Hose Assembly.
