Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Lower the temperature of bearing (13), spacer (14), and bearing (15) and install bearing (13), spacer (14), and bearing (15). If necessary, use Tooling (C) to install bearing (13), spacer (14), and bearing (15) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position apron lift (5) on the machine. The weight of apron lift (5) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb).
Install pin assembly (10), retainer (12), and bolts (11) .

Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device to position link (9). The weight of link (9) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb).
Install pin assembly (8), retainer (6), and bolts (7) .
Remove Tooling (A) .

Use a suitable lifting device to position apron cylinder (4). The weight of apron cylinder (4) is approximately 327 kg (720 lb).
Install pin assembly (3), retainer (2), and bolts (1) .
