POWER ANGLE AND TILT BULLDOZER ARRANGEMENT

Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the exhaust bypass. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust Bypass - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove gaskets (1) . Check the condition of the gaskets. If the gaskets are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Remove breather assembly (2) .
The exhaust bypass valve cover is under spring compression. To prevent personal injury, use caution when removing the cover.
Evenly, remove bolts (3) and the washers.Note: The exhaust bypass has a spring under tension. Slowly turn each bolt by one turn until spring pressure is released.
Remove cover (4) .

Remove spring (5) from cover (4) .

Remove retainer (6) from cover (4) .

Remove bolt (7) from cover (4) .

Remove self-locking nut (8) and the valve from base assembly (9) .
Remove diaphragm retainer (10) , diaphragm (11) , and two gaskets (12) . One gasket is located on each side of diaphragm (11) from base assembly (9) .

Remove retainer plate (13) from base assembly (9) .
