Start By:a. remove tail cone assembly
At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the fill plug only when the engine is stopped, and when the fill plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hands.
1. Release the pressure in the hydraulic oil tank by slowly loosening the pressure cap on top of the tank. 2. Remove side panel (1) from both sides of the engine compartment. 3. Remove two hydraulic lines (2). Cap and plug lines and fittings to prevent excessive loss of fluid. 4. Remove two bolts (3) and two bolts (4). Loosen remaining three bolts in bracket under bolts (4). Do not remove these bolts at this time.5. Tilt the oil cooler away from the radiator and install bolts (5).
Installation of bolts (5) is necessary to support the weight of the radiator. Failure to perform this step may result in damage to the radiator and/or radiator hoses.
6. Attach hoist and link brackets (A). Remove the six bolts that were loosened in Step 4 and lift out oil cooler. The weight of the oil cooler is 59 kg (130 lb). For installation of the oil cooler, reverse the removal steps.End By:a. install tail cone assembly
