For machines with less than 4000 hours, 16.0 hours is allowed for replacement of the boom.
For machine operation hours more than 4000 hours, a new boom is NOT allowed, the boom should be repaired according to the Rework Procedure.
An additional 44.0 hours of labor will be allowed if the boom is repaired according to the Rework Procedure.
If the boom is replaced or repaired, please attach pictures of the failed boom including boom serial number, actual operation hours, and the cracking position when submitting the warranty claim.
$100 US Dollars will be allowed for fabrication of the plate by dealer.
