Left Side of Machine (1) Oil cooler bypass manifold (2) Port "FC" (3) Port "TC" (4) Port "A" (5) Port "B" (6) Port "C" (7) Port "D" (8) Port "E" (9) Port "F" (10) Port "G" (11) Port "T" (12) Cooler bypass check valve.Oil cooler bypass manifold (1) is located at the center of the machine, behind the engine. The ports of the manifold are marked for identification. The combined return oil from the connected hydraulic systems flows out port "TC" (3) of oil cooler bypass manifold (1) to the oil cooler. After flowing through the cooler, the oil is returned to the manifold at port "FC" (2). If the oil cooler is plugged, cooler bypass check valve (12) allows oil to bypass the cooler. All returned oil from the oil cooler and any bypass oil is directed out port "T" (11) of the manifold to the combined suction and return filter.Oil cooler bypass manifold (1) receives return oil from the following hydraulic components:
Generator motor case drain port "B" (5)
Right propel motor, right conveyor motor, and right auger motor case drain port "C" (6)
Left propel motor, left conveyor motor and left auger motor case drain port "D" (7)
Right propel pump case drain port "E" (8)
Left propel pump case drain port "F" (9)
Right and left material feed pump case drains port "G" (10)

Front Side of Engine (13) Return manifoldReturn manifold (13) is located on the front side of the engine compartment. The hopper door provides access to this component. The ports of the manifold are marked for identification. Return manifold (13) receives return oil from the following hydraulic components:
Tamper and screed vibe return lines port "A"
Cooling fan return port "B"
Fan motor case drain port "D"
Grade and slope/hopper valves return port "E"
Port "T" main auxiliary valve return port "F"
Tamper/vibe motor case drain port "H"
