A 1U-7505 Hydraulic Jack 1
- Steel Plate approximately 914 mm (36 inch) by 914 mm (36 inch) by 12.7 mm (0.50 inch) (1) 1
(1) Tack weld the steel plate to the top plate of the hydraulic jack. Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
Illustration 1 g03677343Note: Power train guard (3) may contain a significant amount of rock, dirt, liquids, and debris, which will result in significant additional weight.
Position Tooling (A) under power train guard (3). The weight of power train guard (3) is approximately 141 kg (310 lb).
Remove three bolts (1) (not shown) and the washers. Remove bolts (2) and the washers. Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.
Do not lower the bottom guard while under the machine. Injury could occur if the bottom guard slips off of the jack while it is being lowered.
Use Tooling (A) in order to lower power train guard (3) from the machine. Installation Procedure
Install power train guard (3) in the reverse order of removal.
