Use the right mast elevation/menu scroll switch (21) in order to toggle through the "Installation" menu until "Valve Calibration" is selected.
Press the OK/right reset button (28). This causes the "Valve Calibration" menu to be shown on the LCD of the display.

Use the right mast elevation/menu scroll switch (21) in order to select the valve calibration for the lift valve. The valve calibration for the lift valve is highlighted on the display by default.
Press the Left Mast Elevation/Menu Scroll button (28) in order to start the calibration procedure.
Set the lower limit of the blade.When this screen is displayed, the user must set a valid LOWER calibration limit.

(175) Valid Limit Range (176) Laser Strike Indicator
Use the machine's control lever in order to lower the blade until the laser strike indicator (176) is within the valid limit range (175). Once a valid limit is achieved "OK" will be shown in the lower right of the "<- Valve Calibration" message screen. Once a valid limit is selected, a graphic "Cal Limit" tick mark (190) is drawn.

Press the OK/right reset button (28) in order to continue.Note: The user must successfully set the lower limit before continuing to the next screen. You can press any switch on the display except the OK/right reset button (28) and the left mast elevation/menu scroll switch (19) in order to abort the automatic valve calibration. The "Exit-Error" screen is displayed with the text "Abort" when you abort the calibration. If an error is detected, the "Exit-Error" Screen is displayed. The possible causes of errors are listed below:
No Sensor information
The Limit Measurement is too close to the sensor rail.
Unstable Laser Transmitter
Set the upper limit.
