TRANSMISSION
1. Drive motor flange mounted on housing. 2. Input shaft. 3. Low-speed gears. 4. Shifting fork. 5. High-speed gears. 6. Sliding gear. 7. Output shaft and pinion for differential. 8. Bevel gear of differential.The hydraulic drive motor is mounted directly on the tranmission housing (1). The motor is connected to the input shaft (2), which has two sets of gears with different diameters. One gear is for fast speed gear (5) and the other one is for slow speed gear (3).The output shaft (7) is also the pinion for the differential. The sliding gear (6) turns with the output shaft and makes engagement according to the position of the shifting fork (4). When the shifting fork moves the sliding gear to the left, it engages high speed gears (5) and the output shaft turns to give a faster speed. If the shifting fork moves the sliding gear to the right, it engages the low-speed gears (3) to turn the output shaft at a slower speed. The sliding gear can have a neutral position.
The transmission can only be shifted when the machine is completely stopped. Damage will be caused to the transmission otherwise.
