2. Remove retaining ring and pin (1). 3. Remove five hydraulic lines (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7).4. Remove four bolts (2) and remove swing brake valve. The following steps are to install the swing brake valve.5. Position swing brake valve under cab. Be sure hydraulic fittings are in proper orientation and secure with four bolts (2).6. Attach five hydraulic lines (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7).7. Install pin (1) and secure with retaining ring.8. Install panel underneath cab.Disassemble And Assemble Swing Brake Valve
Start By:a. remove swing brake valve
Spring inside swing brake valve is under extreme compression.
1. Attach tooling (A) to compress spring. When spring is compressed remove snap ring (1) with tool (B). Slowly release spring tension with tool (A). 2. Remove collar (4), spring (3) and washer (2) from valve. 3. Remove snap ring (6) with tool (C), remove washer (7) and remove four bolts (5). 4. Remove "O"-ring seal (9). Remove shaft assembly (10) from housing (8). 5. Remove pin (12) and shaft (11). 6. Remove nut (13), washer (14), shaft (10), washer (16) and spring (15). The following steps are to assemble the swing brake valve.7. Install spring (15), washer (16) and shaft (10) into housing. Secure with washer (14) and nut (13).8. Install shaft (11) and secure with pin (12).9. Replace shaft assembly into housing (8) and install "O"-ring seal (9) on shaft (10).10. Install four bolts (5) and washer (7). Use tool (C) to install snap ring (6).11. Install washer (2), spring (3) and collar (4) into valve.

12. Attach tooling (A) to compress spring. When spring is compressed install snap ring (1) with tool (B). Slowly release spring tension with tool (A).End By:a. install swing brake valve
