Caterpillar approves recycled antifreeze if reclaimed by vacuum distillation and reinhibited with Caterpillar(r) Antifreeze Additive. It must meet GM 6038-M low silicate antifreeze specification for new antifreeze. 30% ethylene glycol is the minimum recommended antifreeze solution.
