A new process for painting was introduced on 1January 2002. The new process uses paint more efficiently. The new process can leave yellow overspray on the tires. The overspray is then painted black. The tires of Motor Graders that were produced after 01January 2002 may be painted as a result of this process. The paint should flake off within 40 hours of operation. Note: All the affected Motor Graders are produced in North America. Other facilities utilize different processes for painting.
