Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to coolant tank (13) . The weight of coolant tank (13) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Remove coolant tank (13) .

Install new seals (14) .
Lubricate sealing areas of seals (14) with Tooling (C) .

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to coolant tank (13) . The weight of coolant tank (13) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Position coolant tank (13) .

Install bolts (12) .

Connect hose (10) and tighten clamps (9) . Tighten clamps (9) to a torque of 12 1 N m (106 9 lb in). Connect hose (11) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cover assembly (5) . The weight of cover assembly (5) is approximately 95 kg (210 lb).
Position cover assembly (5) . Install bolts (6) , bolts (7) , and bolts (8) .

Position harness assembly (2) and plate (3) . Install bolt (4) .

Connect harness assembly (1) .
Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By: Install the rear hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
