Power mode control button located on the soft panel switch
Push down on the power mode control button in order to activate power mode.Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when power mode is activated.

Automatic Engine Speed Control (AESC) as displayed on the programmable function key in the monitor.
Disable the automatic engine speed control through the monitor by pressing the programmable button.

Joystick (front switch)
Disable the hydraulic modulation control, if equipped. Press the front switch on the right joystick in order to deactivate hydraulic modulation.
The air conditioning should be turned off for the following test.Test Procedure
While the engine is running, maintain the power shift pressure at a constant pressure. Use the following procedure to obtain the constant power shift pressure:
Maintain the approximate speed of 2056 rpm with the AESC switch in the OFF position.Note: Check the rpm after three seconds.
Select the Engine ECM in Electronic Technician.
Select "OK".
Select "Diagnostics" from the main menu.
Select "Diagnostic Tests".
Select "Override Parameters".
Select "Main Pump Power Shift Pres Sol Current Override".

Select the "Change" button.
Enter a value of "0".
Select "OK".
Select "Yes".
Select the "Change" button.
Enter a value in order to set the power shift pressure for the main pump to 1910 kPa (275 psi). Start with a value of "0.55".Note: If the new value is less than the present value, enter a "0" first and then enter the new value.
Select "OK".
Select "Yes".
Check the power shift pressure at the proportional reducing valve pressure tap.
Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine.To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.
Note: During the test, never try to turn the starter switch to the OFF position in order to prevent any change in power shift pressure.
Slowly, turn valve clockwise on portable hydraulic tester (D). Record the pump flow and the rpm in Table 3. Use pressure indicator (B1) to determine the measuring points.Note: Use the measuring points in Table 3 for your machine.Note: The specifications in Table 3 are based on an engine speed of 2000 rpm. Use Table 2 for the formula that will provide more accurate test results.
Reset the margin pressure to the proper specification after the flow is recorded. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Margin Pressure - Test and Adjust".Worksheet
