Two wires in the 135-6373 Chassis Wiring Harness do not line up with the correct pins in the 8N-1514 Connector. 8N-1514 Connector is part of the 135-6373 Chassis Wiring Harness at the rear of the cab. On the machines above, the 404-YL wire is connected to pin 31 and the F706-PU wire is connected to pin 19. These connections are incorrect. They should be reversed.Solution:
Disconnect the 404-YL wire from pin 31 and disconnect the F706-PU wire from pin 19. Connect the 404-YL wire to pin 19 and connect F706-PU wire to pin 31.COPYRIGHT 1998 CATERPILLAR ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
